IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our charges are per appointment. The advertised appointment fee above applies regardless of whether you require ear wax removal or another ear care treatment, or whether treatment is required for one or both ears.

YOUR APPOINTMENT FEE WILL NOT BE WAIVED IF YOU ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT AND THEN DECIDE NOT TO HAVE ANY TREATMENT.

We offer a range of ear care treatments including microsuction earwax removal, tea-tree ear cleanses and an auto-inflation device for glue ear. All appointments begin with a consultation and ear check with an ear care specialist, using a camera for you to see your ears on a screen. The cost of your treatment is included in the appointment fee. If you do not require earwax removal, will we offer you an alternative treatment based on your symptoms and the clinicians observation of your ears.

The minimum age we can treat is 10 years old. Please do not book an appointment for a child aged 9 years or below.

Saturday bookings are subject to a £5 extra charge.
